Dh and I are currently ttc, and I love taking my yoga classes. So, I was wondering whether anyone knew if there was any risk in doing yoga while ttc? I don't want to do anything to risk it, kwim? I'm just worried.
I agree. There is so much benefit to yoga practice. When I first became pregnant, I was too nauseated to practice the traditional postures, so my practice consisted of long meditations, lying in bed. Without that, I don't know if I could have survived.
Before I became pregnant, I practiced headstand a lot, and invited my baby to get right in there while the door was open! Give it a try!
