I have just started taking my BBT and I'm confused. One morning, soon after AF, I did my morning test. It was 98.2. I was feeling warm under the covers, so I took my feet out. After about a minute I took another temp. and it was 97.4.

Should I go with the second temp.? Should I always make sure I'm not too warm first? Aarg! I'm so frustrated!

Remember - look at the entire forest - not the individual trees! (I suck at this btw!:LOL)
I would say to record the 98.2 (first temp) and then make note of the second temp. Then when you get a few days out you can determine which one is more accurate and discard the one that really sticks out.
