Does anyone know if it's possible to have pregnancy symptoms even before implantion? I haven't got any at all one week into the 2ww and I can't remember from last time.

Anyone know? anyone had any & been right?

The only symptom I had before implantation was a lack of my normal pms.

Stafl, thanks for your reply. I'll take no symptoms as a good sign then!

I think the whole process is fascinating. Like, even before implantation does your body know it is carrying a fertilized egg and act differently in some way, or doesn't it have a clue until implantation takes place and those hormones hit your system?

I was neurotically reading my old embryology text book this morning to find out if it is possible that 6 dpo I could be having breast tenderness (well I know its possible--I'm having it, but I wasn't sure if it meant anything). Anyway, the little bugger starts to implant around 6 dpo and the implantation process continues for a few more days. But other than that, for those first 5 days or so I don't think your body does anything differently. But I think a lot of people feel like they know when they conceive--regardless of what their body is doing...

It is an amazing process though, and at this point I can't imagine ever getting tired of studying/learning about it. I can't wait to experience everything myself!!!
