Thanks for the new thread Karen!
Leigh5: Of course you still have a chance, your temp is still well above the coverline.

I'm still waiting on implantation (where is that foot tapping smilie when I need it?!) But it seems that everything my chart does is very gradual, so maybe I'm working on a slow implantation?

Sending lots of and sticky vibes to everyone. I have a feeling this is going to be a very good week for BFPs

Shelley4: I have the same issue at 98.4. Today I temped at it was 98.3, and I was re-temp right away (it's always the same) and it was 98.4 again! My battery is good, I temped different um, "locations" and received different temps. So, I guess it can happen. Good luck!

Waiting to be ready is for people who aren't actively trying to conceive at the moment. They might be taking a break for a couple of months due to trying to time delivery better (like a student or teacher wanting to have a baby during the summer months between semesters, for example). Or they may have had a recent miscarriage so aren't able to conceive yet, but are planning to try as soon as their hormone levels return to normal. I'm sure everyone on that list has their own unique reason! These are just a couple of examples.

Thanks for the new thread, and YAY for last week's BFPs!

I should know by the end of the week...I am 8 dpo and have a very regular 12 day lp. I have to admit I don't 'feel' like this is the one for me . just a gut feeling, but I'm holding out hope. I haven't really felt anything different since o, but man EVERY little thing gets my attention. I got really excited about a stomach ache a few days ago on a road trip, until I realized I had just eaten a whole bag of peppermint/chocolate candies...

Anyone else 8dpo, give or take?

Jokerama: I was waiting to be ready for quite awhile. to me it meant I couldn't start ttc yet for whatever reason but I was thinking about it constantly and really interested in how everyone else was doing!

Jillian, thanks for your encouragement. My temp went up today (10dpo), yay! Trying not to get too excited by it.

Stable temps -- generally it just means that your hormones are evening out if your battery is fine. If it's just a few, I wouldn't worry about it. You are, however, supposed to temp in the same location each cycle as different locations (even different sides of your mouth) can give you different readings.

I'm 9dpo here and I'm not feeling anything whatsoever. The only thing that happened with me was a big case of yack attack at 3dpo, but that could be due to the hormones so I'm not going to think about it. Keep your chin up because there are lots of women who get pregnant and have no symptoms at all. Last month, I had every symptom imaginable and nothing. This month I don't have anything, not even my usual sore bb's (well, they are a bit tender at this stage, but no where near last month's ). So I'm keeping things in perspective. This is our second month trying so I'm not worried or anything. My LP is usually 12 days as well so if my temps don't drop by then, I'm definitely testing. Keep hope alive!!!

Leigh5, your chart looks great!

my temp dipped to 97.2, which i set as my coverline...FF had it as 96.7, which is silly b/c my temps are usually 97.2 or below, so i set it myself. but my O date was determined by FF, so if you are stalking my chart and wondering why the lines ar blue, that's why, lol.

I think AF will show up tomorrow. And tomorrow is my birthday. She always comes on my birthday, every year. and tomorrow will be 14DPO, and I never have a longer LP than 14 days, (usually that's when spot shows up).

so we'll see.

I still have this lousy cold, so I have no way of figuring out if I have any symptoms of anything (except a cold) so this is frustrating. I can't smell anything (or taste much) so that symptom could be occuring and I wouldn't know it. I also feel slightly naseous but I didn't sleep well last night and that could probably have an effect on that (that and the cold).

My temp was pretty normal this morning (though I thought it would be low due to a stuffy nose) but there's nothing that really could qualify as an implantation dip (I have a little dip at 4dpo - but it's not really big, just a normal temp fluctuation).

My chart is soooo boring!

Jilian - your chart looks good. I think that's an implantation dip you're seeing. It doesn't match up perfectly with your other chart but it's close.

I cannot belive I did this. Woke up this a.m., nice temp. Made breakfast for DH and his young cousing who is staying with us for a few days. Went to sleep, b/c I am just pooped (same thing as last month, I assume from all the temping, stressing etc.) Had one HPT in the house, an equate brand, was weak and POAS. Did not use FMU. It didn't work, not even a control line. Was as if I did not get enough urine on the thing. Went to sleep. Just woke up(maybe 1 1/2-2 hours later), went to the bathroom and caught a glimpse of the test. BFP! Now, I looked at this think for 10 minutes before I tossed it as defective and there was nothing on. it. SOOOO.....is it invalid b/c it sat there that long? evap line? I am assuming it's an evap line. Could someone give me some feedback. I am ok w/a BFN, sicne I thought it was too early to test anyway. I will get a FRER when I go to work tomorrow, to test for next week, just looking for some thoughts

Ann: Not sure if this helps, but all I ever got with DS was a faint positive after about 12 minutes of the test sitting in the trash. Bloodwork a few days later confirmed the pregnancy. I think it might depend on the test. 9 DPO is not too early to get a BFP, it has happened before.... Good luck with your next test!!

Yes, thanks for the new thread!

I just took sometime and looked at charts. Nice ones out there! Hoping for BFPs!!!

Iam 9DPO too, with a LP of 11, per FF, which doesn't have that much data.
Seems like there are lots of us now waiting for the end of the week...hope it will be an exciting weekend for all!!!!

Thanks for the info, Jillian. I would have DH go to the store today, so I can POAS w/ FMU before work tomorrow, but I am, um, I guess I don't know what I am feeling. We'll see.

My temp went down a smidge this morning, but I'm not that concerned--we did a prayer vigil last night and our shift was midnight until one, and I'm not at all sure I got a solid three hours before temping. I had a very restless night. I temped at the usual time and figured I'd temp again when it was time to get up for church, just to see, and my thermometer had totally tanked, so I have no idea whether this morning's temp is even valid.

Still pukey, still tired, still grumpy, still tender-breasted, and now with brand new blue veins.

"You might be wondering about store brands, since almost every discount store has them, including Target, Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Walgreens, and Osco, just to name a few. About.com's Pregnancy/Birth Guide, Robin Elise Weiss, recommends Wal-Mart's Equate brand (*est. $8, two-pack), saying, "It's a great, inexpensive pregnancy test kit," with separate control and testing windows and a cap to cover the absorbent tip. Equate is available in 25 mIU (white cap) and 100 mIU (purple cap), and reviewers warn to check carefully so you know which one you're getting. Some Equate samples failed to work in product testing, or took longer to work than stated by the manufacturer, but FertilityPlus.org has this to say: "The Equate brand switched manufacturers a couple of years ago. The older test had a significant online reputation for false positives, while the newer tests, manufactured by LifeCare, appear as reliable as most other brands (most brands get some reports of false positives). The main comment the test still gets is to beware of evaporation lines and read the test, like all brands, within the time limit listed in the instructions."

So I guess there's my answer. FRER tomorrow

My temp is still above coverline. It was a touch lower today and yesterday but I have a real prob temping on time during the weekend since DH's alarm doesn't go off at 6am waking me up.

Still I am 99% sure I'm not preg. I have very few symptoms at all and the ones I have just seem more PMS then preg. Usually I get really bad PMS so I'm actually enjoying the fact that it's not too bad this month. I've only been preg once, but if I use that as my guide, I should definitely be feeling preg by now and I'm not.

I'm sending sanity vibes to everyone entering the TWW since it almost drove me insane this month. I am sticking to my pact of no obsessing next month as soon as AF arrives and she is due tomorrow.

???????? I'll be testing tomorrow AM before my chiro appointment so I know whether to tell him I'm preg or not. I have a $tree test but am thinking of picking up a better one just to feel more sure. What do you think?
