jen&james, so sorry for your loss.

thanks for all the advice regarding the prog cream. naturegirl, don't worry about casuing any paranoia...I'm always paraniod about something!

1babysmom, I'm not currently charting. I was for a little while, but without ppaf it was just getting frustrating. I guess I probably should be, though.

rachel, what cream are you using? I bought a tube of emerita and it's already almost gone. I've been using 1/2 tsp (the max dose) twice a day. I'm trying to find a less expensive one. The emerita was $25, I think, and has only lasted about a week and a half.

well, no need to POAS on thursday, i got my BFN the old-fassioned way! so i guess i can be moved over to waiting to O! any suggestions on what to do for such a short cycle (only 25 days total) along with what i would assume to be too much estrogen or not enough progesterone (just guessing from nearly constant ferning on O-microscope)? any vitamins or suppliments i should look into? the thing that scares me is the thought of a m/c if my hormones aren't right. maybe we should just wait a month or two so my hormones can balance out before we ttc...i dunno...no need to make that decision right now i guess!

jen&james I am so sorry.

pazerific, vitex and B6 have helped many. I am taking something called Reproductive Toner by Wildroot Botanicals. It has vitex, don quai, wild yam, ginger, ladies mantel, licorice, fennel and dandelion root. It is formulated for fertility, PMS and regulating menses. I think it has helped me to ovulate earlier.

Not much going on here. Just waiting for af to be done...tap tap tap

You could try vitex. It is supposed to help even out hormones, especially the estrogen to progesterone balance.

there is a bunch of info......just google it.
I just started taking the drops last week. Hoping it will help.
Good luck!

Jen&James: so sorry for your loss

Jmo: I've got emerita too. There is one brand called Happy PMS Cream that is about $20 for 2 oz. You use 1/8 to 1/4 tsp, so I assume that means it's more concentrated. I think you can only get it online, so you would need to factor in shipping costs. The other thing is that it has several herbs in it which might not be OK for breastfeeding, so that would need to be checked out.

pazerific: natural progesterone cream is recommended for estrogen dominance, come to think of it.

How much is the Emerita dosage? I've used about 4 different brands of prog. cream from the health food store and they've all been 1/8-1/4 tsp daily. Just curious, because I didn't know they came in a different dosage.

jen&james - I'm so so sorry. I remember your quick BFP from a few months ago. I'm still here too, and will be praying for another quick BFP. for your DD.

Still no AF. : No sign of it either. I emailed my crunchy mama doc to find out her recommendation and the cost of getting my hormone levels checked. If too much, I'm refilling my Provera.

I wanted to add that I use the Emerita cream also and notice a longer lp with the cream on past cycles. I only use it once a day so far but will likely to go to twice a day this cycle.

And Brandi! I remember you too. Welcome back to the : of ttc! Hope you get a BFP very, very soon.

eastkygal Hope you get things figured out soon.
