Vitex can help lengthen your LP. Here's just one of the many threads about it.

And here's another thread on B6.

Expecting #2 in May 2013!

I was just taking a single pill of a separate B6 along with my prenatal. I also used progesterone cream during my lp and it helped to lengthen it to 12 days instead of the 9 or 10 I had been having.

The next cycle I didn't use the progesterone cream, but used licorice root as an ovulation stim (taken on the same days you would take clomid) and again, I had a 12 day lp.

This last cycle, I decided to just go with the B6 and I found out, that for me it didn't help on it's own. It helps me feel better physically, but it didn't help my lp.

Well, I can't say for sure whether or not it helped lengthen my LP, but this cycle i did start taking extra B6, and I'm preggo!
