Late Check in:
Name: Karli
Date:10/3/07
Where are you at in your cycle: CD 106
Appointments: none
Symptoms if they apply: Tons of pregnancy symptoms, but not pregnant. Cramping, nausea, exhaustion, etc.
Thoughts: So totally not pregnant, obviously didn't O when FF said, and jsut all around P.O.'d. This is lame. If I could just have a damn period or a VERY VERY obvious thermal shift, I'd be ecstatic. I'm convinced my thermometer and my body are both broken. I'm very very bitter. Stopped taking my temp for the week I was on vacation. Doesn't seem to have made a difference.

Been lurking the past few weeks while I'm in charge of the One thread. I thought I'd drop in and give to those who are needing them: WeasleyMum, Aly, ACx (please let me know if I've missed you and you needed a hug : ).

AF for me is late but I believe with being stressed about when we are going to be getting our youngest back and being sick it pushed me o date back. I'm pretty sure (not totally I'm still confused by all this) that I o'ed @ cd 22. Last cycle my LP was 12 days which means AF should show up tomorrow. My temp dropped this morning to support AF coming tomorrow. So I'll just wait and see.

I am going to break down and test in the morning. According to when I "think" I O'd, I'd only be 9DPO but this whole cycle has been so different from any I've had in the past. It is my first cycle on vitex. Moved my O date up so I'm not sure how to tell when AF would really be due but I normally have pretty long LPs and although tender breasts aren't a typical pms sign for me, I got them about 5 days before AF showed last month. I have now had them since about 5dpo and let me tell ya, I might throw something if I have to have sore boobs for 10 days or so (15 days is the shortest LP I've ever had). Tomorrow is CD 25 and it's just weird for me to think of having anything less than a 30 day cycle. Not optimistic since I know it could just be the vitex but it's exciting to see something working. I know it's still early to be testing but they hurt and I'm anxious.

On the neg. side, I'm working overtime every single week and my dh is barely hitting 20 hours. I wasn't really bitter about it until this week (he has 10 hours and I don't have a day off). I kind of want to scream and hit him and cry all at the same time. No one ever told me marriage wasn't all it's cracked up to be. Just needed a quick vent.

: SimplyRochelle. : that you get a nice early bfp when you test tomorrow!

Hopefully your dh will realize it's time to step up to the plate and take on some responsibility soon... that would be so frustrating.

A very good friend of mine just announced they are due in May!!

I'm very happy for them, but just the teeniest bit envious:

Hopefully we'll get a chance to be pregnant at the same time. I was hoping for the same thing as my cousin is pregnant, but she's due early in November so it's looking pretty unlikely.

This waiting thing is hard... I'd really like some instant gratification please!

Congratulations Spider!!! Woohoo!!!

SimplyRochelle - That must be so frustrating for you. Feel free to vent all you want

I'm still waiting to O. I was hoping for an earlier O date this cycle but I'm on CD 21 and I still don't have ewcm so it's not looking like that will happen. I've been having some twinges since yesterday so I'll probably O about the same time as last cycle (CD 25). I'm taking epo, I've started drinking lots of water, and I'm using preseed this time. I so hope it works this time .

Congrats Spider!!! Wishing you a wonderful pregnancy.

Monday Check in:
Name: Sarah
Date: 10/6/07
Where are you at in your cycle: CD 27, 8 DPO (I have long cycles)
Appointments: N/A
Symptoms if they apply: none yet... although I'm at the point where I scrutinize every little feeling
Testing: tomorrow morning, because I think I may actually have O'd 5 days earlier than FF says, just to see. This will be my first hopefully positive testing experience which is exciting Weird to be hoping for a positive after years of dreading it! If tomorrow is BFN, will wait till FF's 14 DPO.
Thoughts: Excited. This has been our first TTC cycle and we BD way more frequently than usual, I'm hoping it paid off! We didn't time it perfectly, looking back, but hoping for the best. I know that we may have months of TTC ahead but REALLY hoping that this first one did the trick! I quit caffeine right before I O'd, which was easier than I thought, and I'm trying to drink tons of water and eat 5-9 servings of fruits & veggies daily. It's easier to be healthy with the potential pregnancy motivation!

Sending you all lots of baby dust - hopefully this is a productive month

Congrats to Spider:

Monday Check in:
Name: Me
Date: 10-6-07
Where are you at in your cycle: I'm Late by 2 days Day 34
Appointments: None
Symptoms if they apply: PMS I think That's really not funny
Testing: In the morning. I got a digital test if AF doesn't show up. I used a dollar store one this morning BFN
Thoughts: I'm afraid this will be a repeat of last month-6 days late for no apparent reason and daily BFNs. I've never had cycles this long and the only thing I'm doing different is I started taking a new kind of prenatals in Aug! Blah...............

Married to wonderful DH 10 yrs DS 9yrs self-weaned @ 3 1/2 yrs  TTC 3 yrs got preg 4 months after HSG with DS 4yrs self-weaned at 3 1/2 yrs  Hope to have more little ones but have secondary infertility issues so we'll just have to see what the future brings Enjoying homeschooling and farming

Wow, Sarah - your chart looks great!

I would guess I'm a day or two post-O. Now of course I wish I *had* charted so I could obsess over my temps Ah well, I will know when I know, right? I think timing was pretty good, although more could have been even better

What's this I've seen about sore throats being a possible indicator of pg? Anyone? I woke up with a mild sore throat this morning, and don't have any real reason to have one - no one I know has or has had a cold, no allergies, I'm not smoking nor hanging around and smoky places, etc. It seems kind of early to be experiencing any symptoms, but as I don't really know when I O'd.....who knows?!

congrats spider!!!

as for me, i'm pretty confused. yesterday i pretty much flaked out on my wake up at 6:45 AM to take my temps ritual and decided to sleep in until 9:45 since my toddler let me. I (obviously) had very different temps from my usual pattern. I kicked myself in the butt all day yesterday, and promised i'd wake up on time today.

welllllll, today i woke up on time. took my temp, thought to myself, "wow, that is a lot lower than yesterday...i should take note of that..." well, passed out with my thermometer in hand. for whatever reason, my thermometers memory function does not work properly, so this morning at 9:45 am, when i woke up again, i was unable to get the temp. so, i temped again, and had another high temp.

i'm not sure if I Oed or not. If this "watery" CM that I am marking is just residual semen. i ran out of OPKs. I'm starting to think this isn't my month

orrr what i should be saying is

I'm just going to continue to DTD on a regular basis, and remain positive. Watch the month I wonked otu be my month.
