I used a Baby Test from Dollar General. The box says it picks up 25 mq of hcg, so it would be a pretty sensitive test.

You should definitely still be holding out hope!

Me - On CD20, still waiting to O. Thinking it might happen soon since I'm feeling that O twinge.

Anybody else testing soon?

Sooooo Sorry I forgot to come update you all. Rest assured, if it was a I would be screaming it from the rooftop

10dpo, but that is okay. My chart link is in my siggy... I am not holding out too much hope to be honest, but it is early. I definitely think the new FRER get way more evaps - I'd never seen one when I used a zillion of the older style ones a few years back.

The positive thing about this cycle is that in previous cycles, by today (if AF hadn't already shown) my temp would have dropped and I'd start spotting... hopefully this means that the NPC and vitex and B6 is doing something!!!

I think I am going to test again tomorrow with a cheapie and save my last FRER for Thursday if still no AF :

And CatholicBFMama, there is still hope at 13dpo. I was just looking at charts on FF and there are plenty of women who get late BFPs... and late isn't until 16dpo.

Thanks. Yeah, I spent several non-productive cleaning hours scouring FF's Chart Gallery searching for charts with "greater than 15 DPO BFPs" and "BFN before BFP". Made me feel a little better.

Hi, I'm still here, although no TTC this month as DH was gone. I have questions about O. Just curious what is really *late ovulation*? I don't O until CD 18-21- this mo is my first PP cycle and I'm still nursing of course (DS is 13 mo) and I O'd CD 20. Is it just me being impatient, or is that late for an egg? W/DS 1 I O'd CD 21, w/DS 2 I O'd CD 18, so I consistently O late nursing or not. My LP is also only 11 days (not due to nursing, it's always only 11 days)... I haven't had issue in the past getting preggers (knock on wood), but it still concerns me- would you talk to a MW or am I a dork?

Good luck naturalmama! I shall live vicariously through your BFP you see in 4 days

kochanyk, your "late" O is completely normal. The only thing it means is that you have a few less fertile times than someone with shorter cycles. Sucks for TTC but can be a blessing in other ways....like not as many periods. I had long cycles before and I typically O'd around CD 20 or 21 with an LP of about 13 or 14 days. With that length of cycle there were actually a few months that I didn't O at all due to timing. I remember when I was TTC the first time and I complained to an OB and she said that actually longer cycles were "healthier" in the long run for a woman's body. With longer cycles your body does not have as many fluctuations with estrogen...and estrogen is thought to be a culprit in various female diseases later in life.

Oddly though since having my IUD taken out my 2 cycles were 24 days. Never thought I'd have such short cycles. I don't mind though since I'm TTC.

9dpo here I'm an emotional wreck!!! Dakota didn't sleep last night (well actually the longest he's ever slept has been like 5-6hours at a time!) Last night was really bad, after we night weaned him, he likes to lay right on me to fall asleep! And now he's really not liking me moving him to his toddler bed, or even just next to me in our bed so I just layed there pretty much all night as I couldn't get comfortble. So as morning came I nicely allowed DH to sleep in until 8, then when he got up, I would take a cat nap. Well. . . Nathan and Dakota decided to unload the dishwasher VERY LOUDLY and well I woke up! Soooo I'm really tired and really crabby! Totally snapped at Nathan! Needless to say I'm very emotional and have been the past couple of days.

Here are some of my other fake syptoms:

~Really tired-could be becasue I don't sleep at night!!!
~Really thirsty!!- could be because its really dry inside with the heat turned up an all
~Have to pee all the time!-could be becuase I'm drinking a lot!
~Slightly sick maybe a little nauseus-? on that one
~Really light headed-Maybe I'm not eating enough
~Hungrey-same as above!

What's everyone elses fake syptoms??

And CONGRATS TO BROOK! YOU ARE REALLY LUCKY!!!!!!!! HAVE A HH 9 MO!! AND CHECK IN WITH SOME OF YOUR SYPTOMS SO WE CAN PRETEND WE HAVE THEM TOO!!!!

Woohoo I get to say I got a : Kleine, please add me to Success Stories. I am jumping in with both feet and I am determined to enjoy it no matter what the outcome; this has been too long in coming to be fearful, if that makes any sense.

Thanks for the congrats, mamas. I am hoping for all of you to get Christmas BFPs!!!

Still waiting to catch the 1st PP eggie....

Today is the 3 year anniversary of my last . (LMP = Dec 5/2004) Its sort of a biter-sweet anniversary. 3 years w/o AF is a nice break, but not when TTC!

Congrats to all the BFP's! Sending some sticky vibes too! I see some mamas that have been here a while are finally moving on.

DH just started a new shift at work and we will be able to have more time together. I'm trying to cut back on DS's nursing to help things along. Still planning on night weaning after the holidays if AF does not come a carrolling.

Hoping for some baby dust to land this far north soon!

I didn't test this morning as I didn't want to be let down by another BFN. Lying in bed last night I started having crampy-type feelings in my lower abdomen and upper thighs, which usually comes when I start AF. I felt like I might have started (wet-type feeling), but nothing. Today I feel normal--no nausea anymore, but no pre-AF cramps, either. :

I'm due to start Friday, so I think it's just a matter of time at this point. : I'm just trying not to think too much about it.

Congratulations to all the BFPs. Can't say that I'm not jealous as hell, though.
