I did a little googling and it' saying you're not pregnant. I found some pictures on peeonastick.com here's the link: http://www.peeonastick.com/hpt/+.html

if you scroll down you'll find the pictures. It's the "Inverness" one.

I just confirmed my pregnancy on a target brnad test. Two lines means you are pregnant, one in the control box, one in the test box.

i'm pretty sure i've gotten more than one kind of "target brand" HPT, so it could very well be that both comments are correct. how confusing!

Well that is a different story from mine. Mine were both vertical. I think the previous poster is right, they make more than one kind. Only one way to know for sure, do buy another test. Good luck.

Wondering the same thing. Why did i throw out the directions. ugh!

Mine was an early preg test and there are two vertical lines one in the test window and one in the control window.
I was thinking it was one that was a plus or minus, but now i am really confused. Please someone help i can not get to target until this weekend.

Can you post a picture? Maybe that would help identify the type.

My vote is that if there are two lines and they are both vertical, it is a positive test. ||

If there are two lines but one is horizontal (half of a +), and the other is vertical, then it is a negative test. -- |

Good luck!

O.K. I have 1 test left at home from Target and I kept the instructions. It is for the Early Results Target Brand test. There are two windows on it. One is for the control line and the other window is for the result line. If you see a line in each window, according to the instructions it means you are pregnant.

Hope this helps!

two VERTICAL LINES on ANY test means pregnant, even the +/- test will have two vertical lines if you are pregnant.

on a +/- test any HORIZONTAL line means NOT PREGNANT (that is the minus sign, and it always appears)

if you have two vertical lines, you are pg, if not, then you aren't (unless it's a digital )

it sounds like you are not pregnant, you said you have one horizontal line, and one vertical line, which means not pregnant.
