after a positive OPK yesterday and this morning? Should we just BD everyday from now on or do you think it's best to stick to the everyother day plan?

It depends on your DH sperm count. If you dont know for sure, I would do it tonight and tomorrow then skip a day and then again the following day...That is just me though. Assume your DH has a good sperm count until proven otherwise!! GOOD LUCK!!!

Once you've got a positive OPK, there is only about 36 hours to conceive. Here's the math: Ov happens 8-36 hours after pos OPK, egg lives no more than 24 hours, sperm takes 4-8 hours to get to the fallopian tubes. The best TTC days are the ones the day before the day of the positive test and maybe the day after if you still have fertile quality cervical fluid at that point.

At this point, DTD until the OPK goes back to negative then wait for 2 weeks to see what happens...

If there is a next cycle, then consider reading the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler to fully understand fertility and best timing for TTC.

Good luck!

I vote for DTD every day until the OPK's fade away, then do it that day too, just to be sure.
