mat4mel-sorry the ole witch found you too. You can come and join me and Anne, we have a down with the witch party. My dd is nursing a lot too, not sure if it is that or the extra stress right now preventing pregnancy. My cycles are all over the place too. No answers for you, just can relate. Take a deep breath, relax and hang in there. Another baby is out there somewhere and soon! Let's have July babies ok?! What better time to give birth, than in the heat of summer!

Lots of dust to everyone else!!!!!!!! I am off to update the list again

Anyone else notice how time seems to slow down when you're waiting for a bfp? I've decided to wait as long as possible and paos on my birthday (the 18th), if AF still hasn't shown up (she's kinda late today, but kinda not... ). Argh, I'm losing my mind!!!

I'd like to be added to the list please, am I in the right place?

I'm Lisa and I have a 20month old DS who still nurses at night a lot. We've been TTC since August and have been having short LP and not much CM. My CM changed qualities from watery to gooey but last month temp didn't rise until a few days after the change of CM. Up until July I was having tons of good CM but DS has been teething (last two molars) and has increased his night nursing dramatically. I don't know if this is causing my CM to disappear. DS was conceived very easily so this delay is frustrating me, not sure why.

I'm charting but taking temps haven't been easy with a lot of semi-waking in between. I also started taking Vitex yesterday which was Day 1 of cycle this month. I've had AF regulary since 16 weeks PP despite exclusive bf, no pumping, no pacy and good CM up until July.

Babydust to everyone....

Congrats, Tabitha! That is just so awesome.

I have no clue as to what is going on with my body. For the last week, I've felt like AF is coming any time. Well, she hasn't shown up yet. I've been having cramps for the last two days. I'm on cd44, and my last cycle was 39 days. Dd has been nursing more at night for the last couple of months due to teething. I'm not convinced that I've Oed more than once in the 5 pp cycles that I've had. I think my plan is to not try so hard right now. I think once I get that mentality, I'll probably get pg right away!

Good luck everyone!

September is not too bad here, at least most of the time, this year it was still in the 100s . I was hoping for a March baby, but like you, I don't want to wait another year!

Hey Lisa You came to the right place and you are now on the list. Welcome

to all!!!!!!!!!!

Hi all - I've been off line the past month recovering from Hurricane Isabel (so not much "trying" going on either). Woke up this morning - which is also dd's 15 month "birthday") to what may possibly be AF (first one pp). Keeping my fingers crossed.

Hey Hey! Congrats Susan! Happy Birthday to YOU!

I think I'm having an anovulatory cycle. I had about 4 days of ewcm ending about 4 days ago, and my temps went up .5 on the last day of ewcm. I thought, aha! O! Then my temp went down, then up a little, then up a lot, then today, down again. WTF? I don't know what is going on. I'd show you my chart, but I don't do it on FF.

oooooooxoo
oxoooooooo
oooooxoooo
oooxoooooox
xooooooooo

There. If you connect those RED X'S, left to right. The first X (the lowest one) is when I thought I O'd. : Lame.

edited to fix my "chart"

I'm so confused this month. We weren't suppose to be trying this month because June is when my oldest was born and we wanted to have the birthdays in different months. Well I messed up and we bd'd when I was fertile. No big deal I thought because last month we bd'd like rabbits and af showed up. Well today is cd 28. Last month my cycle was only 24 days long. I tested on Friday cd 25 and got a bfn. Anyway af still isn't here and I don't know if I should get my hopes up and try testing again tomorrow or if my cycle in just so messed up and that's why no af. UGH!!!! Part of me wants to test tomorrow but then if I get a bfn I'll be even more frustrated and confused. At least if I don't test I can still be optimistic right?? It would be kinda neat to get pregnant on the month we weren't trying.
Thanks for letting me ramble!!!

Hi Heather (Parker'smommy)! FRER is the First Response Early Result test. It is accurate to use 4 days before AF is due. A week ago today I tested with that type of test and was 7 dpo. I got a BFN. Yesterday I tested with the same type and got a BFP. Yesterday was 13dpo, so I'm not really sure when the BFP would have shown on that test. Anyway, I believe one time I bought that type of test at a supermarket and I believe it was about $13, which included and extra test. Then I found them at Wal-mart for $8.50! I hate Wal-mart, but if it saves me $5, I'll take it! BTW, I have an extra FRER test, if anyone wants it, PM me!

Hi Heather,
I used a FRER at 10dpo and got a very faint positive. I tested on 10dpo with both this pregnancy and my last one as well. I personally swear by FRER now! I tested pretty much each day from 10dpo to 17dpo (NO! I am not obsessive!!!!) and the line got darker each day. I also used an EPT twice, one was barely visible at 14dpo, and the other was a BFN on 17dpo (3 days after af was due).

2girlsmommy...do you know when you ovulated? You may have ovulated later this cycle than the previous one, or you could have had dud tests. I would definitely test again if af doesn't show tomorrow.

wildthing- I think I o'd around september 27th. I don't chart but that is when I got the pain in my side. If af doesn't show up I'm going to test in the morning. Wish me luck!!!

Congrats Susan!!!
I am so happy for you!!!:champange

Also congrats to Tabitha..wow that is so great....

So many posts here...wow..hard to keep up after staying away for a while....

to all the new bf mammas ttc

***Warning****
update on me....

I had a m/c last cycle. Went to midwife and everything is fine and I am fine.... it just happened....I was very early..but nevertheless...

SO I am not really focusing on ttc as I feel really jaded by this and do not want to have that experience again let alone the rollercoaster effect of the whole thing, emotional speaking.

It really has brought my focus back to my son which has been less than what I usually give him due to all the anticipation of another baby coming.....so I am just cherishing my *baby* and really soaking him up and focusing on us and how much I love him and am thankful we were able to bring him into the world.

So we are still ttc but just not focusing so much on the whole timing, bd times, yada yada yada
so I wll pop in and out and to check on everyone but for now I am over and out.....

Take Care...
