I dunno, I bought tests today, and my will power tends to plummet once they are in the house.

I've given myself permission to test tomorrow morning if, and only if, my temp stays the same or goes up. If it drops at all, I'm waiting it out.

Monday Check in: TTC #2!
Name: Ann
Date: 6th October 2008 (oLoking forward to Halloween! - Just bought my son a cat outfit to wear...he says hes gonna be Ness (our black cat!) for Halloween!!! hehe)
Where are you at in your cycle: 6DPO! (if I did indeed ovulate at all!)
Appointments: n/a
Symptoms if they apply: Well...tender breasts and sensitive nipples. Dull ache down that way. High and creamy cervix (its never this creamy when AF is on the way)...but as its a post m/c cycle, I am not sure what to trust!
Testing: I will probably test at 10dpo...I bought a bunch of tests on ebay for real cheap so I feel its okay to be a bit impatient lol - I do not actually expect a positive though.
Thoughts: Not real sure...this cycle has been really odd. I have so many signs that say I am pregnant and so many signs that say I am not...quite a mix of symptoms between my AF cycle and my last cycle when I was pregnant. I will be obsessing over any implantation signs over the next few days! Yesterday and today I have felt a dull ache down that way - but I sort of had that with a sharp pain when I implanted last time. I guess implantation can feel different everyday? I am still trying to be hopeful! hehe

Monday Check in: TTC #1!
Name: Deb
Date: 6th October 2008
Where are you at in your cycle: 8DPO!
Appointments: n/a
Symptoms if they apply: Well...tender breasts with a burning sensation... Anybody have this or heard of this? Or am I just crazy? : I had the twinges in my pelvic area on the right side on Friday for a few hours, no spotting..
Thoughts: I can't contain myself and POAS this morning, BFN. I'm not worried it's still early I am really hoping we did it this month though. DH's parents are coming into town at the end of the month and that would be a wonderful surprise.

Wife to DH of 5 years; Mommy to 3 dogs & 2 cats; Trying to conceive since 01/2008

Monday Check in:
Name: Beaugeek
Date: 10-06 -DD's 4th bday!
Where are you at in your cycle: CD 25, 14DPO
Appointments: nope
Symptoms if they apply: Eh, trying not to focus on any.
Testing: bfn yesterday, not retesting until 10*11, sat as long as AF doesnt show.
Thoughts: Temps still really high this moring despite bfn yesterday. Hoping I just tested early...but 13dpo isnt to early, so atm moral is really low on this cycle.

Married Mom to K(8), K(7) & C born March 23rd.

Carlin, your temp was up this morning, but no test results?!? I am hoping that means you got your bfp and you just want to tell your DH before us .

: binkin, BeauGeek , and Ann!

Monday Check in:
Name: Pea
Date: 10/6/08
Where are you at in your cycle: CD30 / 11DPO
Appointments: none at the moment
Symptoms if they apply: sore boobs, breaking out, super hungry, all pre-AF
Testing: not this cycle
Thoughts: I expect AF tomorrow or wed. I am pretty sure this is not our cycle, but I am ok with that. I know that natural remedies like accupuncture and herbs don't work over night. I am hopeful that I will get knocked up sooner rather than later now that I am getting some help.

Monday Check in: TTC #2
Name: BCMomma
Date: 6th October 2008
Where are you at in your cycle: CD28, approx 7-8 DPO
Appointments: n/a
Symptoms if they apply: early last week (1-3 DPO) I had waves of nausea not unlike the waves of nausea I had when pregnant with my son- maybe ovulation nausea? Does that happen? I haven't been charting, just going by EWCM, so my symptoms could have been associated with O'ing (might be my first time O'ing in a while as last cycle was 71 days, and I'm quite irregular). Also, had light spotting twice the morning after BD during approximate time of O. More recently, I'm tired & emotional, and have had a little bit of tingly uterus sensations (was especially twingy after the gym on friday), but nothing else- just your garden variety, paying too much attention, could be anything symptoms
Thoughts: Um, sick of waiting much? I did a HCG test yesterday morning, mainly to torture myself I guess, at only 6-7 DPO- needless to say, BFN. I'm hoping the week goes by fast, and I'll be testing again thursday (and likely every other day from that point until I get a BFP or my period ). Feeling pretty hopeful, but also prepping myself for a BFN, and working up enthusiasm to try again next cycle.

Monday Check in: TTC #1
Name: summerbaby
Date: 6th October 2008
Where are you at in your cycle: 11dpo (CD32)
Appointments: n/a
Symptoms if they apply: Cramps for several days, hungry but gone off food, bit light-headed, moody over the weekend...ie. could all be pre-AF
Testing: Errr, tested twice already (8dpo and 10dpo) but realised you can start seeing lines if you stare too long, and squinting at tests/holding them to the light/taking photos of them etc is a waste of time and *really* annoying and frustrating...so trying to keep away from the tests til Wed 10/8 when AF might be expected...but that prob won't happen as it's two whole days away!
Thoughts: Last week I resolved to expect a BFN so that I wouldn't be disappointed (esp since we weren't really going to actively TTC this month - was supposed to be another 'practice' month after coming off the BCPs...but that didn't last lol). I was doing quite well...but resolve is cracking and I know deep down I'll be disappointed if and when AF shows up. Glad I found these boards as I think DH was already a little tired of my obsessing...

Where are you at in your cycle: CD 14, I am ovulating today or tomorrow. I just now got LOVELY positive OPK. I had a clear negative yesterday, so I am excited! I didn't miss my O! I had to refrain from sex over the weekend due to my pap today.
Appointments: I am temping to confirm O, then I will have a progesterone test at 7 DPO. I had a pap smear today.
Symptoms if they apply: I am crampy and spotting from the pap, but otherwise I feel great!!
Testing: I will be testing Oct 16. My period is due the 17th. My short LP is the reason for the progesterone testing.
Thoughts: I am hopeful and not hopeful. I am glad to get the testing, but I know that by the time I get results from the progesterone test (I am pretty sure my progesterone is low), if I am pregnant, it will probably be too late to save the baby. But I'm hoping. This super-positive OPK I just took is making me giddy!!: Don't you just love seeing two lines?!

Alicewyf: doula, wife to DH, and mama to Lillian (7/09) and Daniel (6/12).

Hi everyone

This is my first post on this awesome site-it really looks like an amazing group of people gathered here, Im very glad to have found it

Id love to be added to the list pleasey!

Name: Maxi, husband Scott
Date:Today? Its 7th Oct
Where are you at in your cycle: Im on day 32 today. Not long until testing!
Appointments: Hopefully be having these soon for usual pregnancy-like talk!
Symptoms if they apply: No symptoms, I just feel usual. Nasty yeast infection though, sorry if tmi!
Testing: Will be in a couple of days I think, just with cheapies
Thoughts: Were both hoping and praying so hard itll be this month! We can sense it coming nearer, it must be either this month or next surely!

We have now been actively ttc for 7 months, but we had not been using contraception for 2 years prior to that, figuring itd happen when it happened. Now we know we really want this right NOW!
Im still not really charting or anything, we try to time it so we try hardest mid cycle and thats about it! If its not this month I may invest in some opks and stuff

Anyway I really, really hope a lot of us get that positive this month! I certainly feel very positive itll be a month of blessing:

Name: Valeria
Date: 10/07/2008
Where are you at in your cycle: CD18
Appointments: acupuncture twice a week
Symptoms if they apply: none
Testing: n/a
Thoughts: ohhh, thoughts. well, i am frustrated. what frustrates me the most is not even that I am not pg yet, but that my body is out of whack. i am on cd 18, no fertile signs in sight and no sex drive either. and i started acupuncture this cycle. i know - too early to see any results, but man, i just wish my body would finally regulate itself. then i'd have more hope that it can happen. but the way it is right now - i don't have much hope for anything. which is a very big bummer because i was totally wanting a May-June baby. guess that one is not happening to me for sure.
