can you tell by your temperature chart if you're pregnant? I knew all of this stuff 4 years ago when we tried for our first but now its all gone by the wayside. I am a day late and my temperature is staying high. I am usually a 28 or 29 day cycle and today is day 29 (and the day is almost over...)
thanks.

18 days is safe, or it can be just three days longer than you're normal luteral phase. So, mine are normally 13 days long. By 16 days (three days from now) I would trust that I am pregnant. Also, if you're temperature goes higher than it normally does after ovulation, so if I don't go over 98.5 and it hangs up there around 98.8 for a few days, I would suspect the chart to be tripastic and wonder if I were pregnant as well. I'm at 98.6 now, stalk my chart if you are curious. I'll know in just a couple days although I don't feel prego. I wish you the best!

Your chart can also show pregnancy with a triphasic pattern. Around the day of implantation your temps may go up a second time. If you see a second spike between 7-10 DPO of 0.2 degrees and it stays 0.2 degrees above your post ovulatory temps you *may* be pregnant. Not every woman experiences this, but it is the pattern that my temps follow. If you look up triphasic pattern you can read a little about it.

zenproofstella- btw, your hubby should be very happy with you. You keep him busy all month long I see. It'd shouldn't take you too much longer either at the rate.
