Does anyone know if we'll have a January thread? I'd be willing to run it if need be.

Not TTC, but not-not TTC...if that makes any sense!
for guidance while fostering dogs!

I'd be happy for you to take it over

Mom to William 5/2013! Finally have a kid after our second IVF and more than 5 years of TTC.

Geesh... it's taken me most of the month to get back on here! I apologize I haven't read through everything.
Just got the BFN this am, followed shortly thereafter by AF.

Now I have to decide what to do for next month. I'm strongly considering taking the injectables without the u/s monitoring. Last cycle the dose never changed, it was the same all the way through... so I know it would be guessing... but in the Dec cycle we hit our max out of pocket for insurance so all that was free. Now I'm looking at that BIG price tag and just not sure I can do it.
Do you think that would be crazy? (Since my problem is Diminished Ovarian Reserve, not likely to get too many eggs or have them all take - just crazy in that it could be a waste of meds??)

So many people comment without thinking. It seems really self-focused for someone to reply to your post in that way. Obviously, you were not talking about 2009 sucking for everybody, but that you've had a hard time of it. A sensitive person would have sent you a private message letting you know they were thinking of you and available to talk if you wanted. You're not a horrible person, and I respect you for holding you tongue. This is a great place to get the frustration out.

Somebody told me on New Year's Eve, with a big hug and empathy, that they wished me only good things in 2010, and I started crying. I think it's a big milestone, and I'm afraid of another year like 2009, or of learning that something even worse could come along. I guess I've lost my feeling of invincibility this year. I hope all of us are treated like queens with only good things from now on.
