Is there such a program for a soldier without biological children to get the IVF procedure done at no cost? Im on the Joint Base Lewis-McChord Base. Story; I have 2 children already. Their biological father has passed away. I decided to get a tubal ligation, not expecting to have anymore kids. I am now married. We've been together for 5 years, but he doesnt have any biologcal kids. I am willing to have another child with him. I was told by a few wives & other soldiers that in our case, its should be free or at least the 80/20 rule should apply to us. They were actually approved to get theirs done 100% free & others paid 20% of the total cost. I seem to cant get a straight answer from anyone through TriCare or Madigan. If anyone have any information on this, please share! Thank you so so much! =))
