I was wondering if anyone has any good resources on nutrition for fertility. In particular, I'm looking for menu ideas to improve or maintain diminished ovarian reserves and luteal phase defects. I'm taking a ton of supplements, but I think nutrition through healthy meals is just as, or even more important. I'm vegetarian and have been reading that soy and dairy are no-nos. I'm lost as to what's left to eat. I mean, I've got my go to things, but I'm not too creative to come up with a whole meal plan.

Thanks for any ideas!

Oops!  Let me try that again.  Apparently I had too many tabs open at once. Try this!
