Okay, well, couple things -
The easy and natural way is to have sex. Usually, that works. Not always. Sometimes it takes more then six months to work. But you can certainly start bugging your doctor for a referral to a specialist at this juncture.
Have you tried charting your cycle? That can provide valuable information and really help with timing.
Unfortunately, if having sex at more or less the right times isn't getting you pregnant, this process ceases to be easy, and often ceases to be all that natural. Fertility struggles are hard. Whether or not to pursue medical treatments is a tough call. But I'd say this: Say you've been trying for about six months, and having a reasonable amount of sex (you're getting it on once or twice a week more weeks then not), maybe there's something that's preventing you from getting pregnant. There are a lot of possibilities for what that thing might be. You can see a doctor and find out what's going on and decide how you want to proceed once you have the information. Even if you want to avoid medication, depending on what the problem is, there may be useful approaches you could take.
Once you have a good understanding of your cycle and you know you are having sex 2-3 x's in your fertile zone and a few months pass without you getting pregnant, then you can (and perhaps should) seek medical assistance.

I I definitely concur with your previous responses. You can also look into seed cycling: http://www.creativesimplelife.com/balancing-hormones-naturally-with-seed-cycling/ and lunaconception. I also think you might enjoy the book, Naturally Knocked Up. You can also consider acupuncture and a deep look into your diet.
Good Luck! Keep us informed and stick around.
