My acupuncturist thinks it's stress and poor sleep causing the delay. I'm going to try some Tylenol PM the next 2 nights because I've been waking at 3am for weeks. She also said I need to add more to my diet, I'm down to 124lb and I'm 5'8". Making changes & hopefully this cycle can be saved. My left ovary feels achy today so I'm praying all prayers that it's responding, finally.
Well I am glad something can be done! That is good news. Do you eat traditional foods. Butter is a good way to increase calories. Also, are you waking because you are anxious? I'm having the same problem. My re won't allow any
Medications besides the cycle meds so enjoy and try to get some sleep!!!!!!!

Tf2b - fingers crossed that everything turns around. (((Hugs)))) to you.

Mjwalker - it depends on how you come out of anesthesia. I come out pretty easily and usually go about my day normally. But, your mileage may vary.

Shelley - What day are you? Anything over 100 is a great number. FETs can sometimes start out a little slower. From looking at your HPTs, you'll be fine. If you want a great chart, google betabase. It's a great chart.

AFM - My beta is also today. Blood is drawn, now I just wait for the call.

@shelley4 - So, you're the equivalent of 17 dpo, because a blastocyst is considered 5 days old. Also, sometimes, FETs cause lower betas because they take a little longer to really get settled in. No big deal, just something to consider. Here's the betabase website (super informative): http://www.betabase.info/chart/basic/single

Stalking @Xerxella
@shelley4 I would go to any beta database links and there are lots out there. I think anything over 40 is good but that is my own opinion . Best can't wait to hear the news

HCG = 385 smile.gif That's a good number. My last loss was at 80 at this point and my twins were at 400 at this point. I think more than one is settling in, hopefully at least one has what it takes to make it for the long haul. And, on a side note, progesterone is at 97. That's super high for me. I guess my body's doing a good job making it.

ugh, we still don't have our results back yet!!!!  i had my blood work done at 7am, and i've just been waiting for a call ever since....   but i took another HPT before the blood work today, and it was two nice dark lines, so i think at least the first beta should be good...  it's the second one that i'm really anxious to hear.

Just popping in to ask if anybody needs prometrium? I have 80 capsules leftover (100 mg suppository) and they're in those foil/plastic pop-out packets so they're all sealed. I also have 90 tabs of 2.0 mg Estrace, although those are in a bottle that has been opened.

I know these aren't the expen$ive drugs, but I hate to throw them away. I can ship them out if anybody wants them.

Finally pregnant with #1 and #2! Due September 9th, 2014

@Xerxella I am so happy to see your result. I really hope this is your take home baby/ies.

@shelley4 I hope they call you soon! Such a stressful wait!!

I had 13.8, 11.2, 11.2, 11.0 this morning. I hope that lead doesn't take off and that the 6 under 10 come to play. We get 8 biopsies for what we paid and it would be a shame not to get to use them.

so i finally have my results.  my first beta, at 12dp5dt, was 162.   the nurse at the clinic says that's good.  i'm still not entirely clear on how that all works, but she says that as long as it doubles by tomorrow, then things are good.   so i'm just gonna say that's good.  right?!

Just popping in while I have the energy to see if there are any status updates? I haven't forgotten about you ladies! :grouphug

AFM: I'm 8 weeks and the exhaustion has not let up yet. As a matter of fact, its 1pm and I just reopened my office door from a 15 min nap I needed.:blush This kid is sucking the energy out of me. The nausea comes and goes but I'm starting to be able to manage it. Otherwise, first appointment is next at 9 weeks! I'll finally get to see who this is little bean(s) is (are) that is putting me through the ringer. DH and DS are so excited. DS is constantly hugging my tummy saying that that he is hugging his brother or sister. DH is always rubbing my belly. He is ready to tell the world.

Shelly - congrats on a good beta, fx for both you and Xerxella on the second one - but every milestone you pass is in the right direction, keep holding that calmness!
Tracy - ouch on your back! I tried a chiro or actually he was and 'anatomist' and French! It's been almost 24 hrs and I haven't had a headache since he tweaked me smile.gif just being gentle and biding my time... Neck is sore obviously, but who cares! Hope you get a solution!
Mo - exciting to finally get your scan! Fx all goes well!
Tf2b - I'm so hoping those others catch up a bit... Here's to getting a good batch!
Afm - day 6 (but everything delayed on synarel) first scan, waiting for blood results and then I'll be starting meds today, clexane tomorrow and on we go... Without the headache I can start to get my head in the game...

My estradiol and lining were perfect today at my appointment with my RE. My blood pressure was high..... I never have high blood pressure. Do you think it is all the medication? And my vitamin D level has down even though I am still taking the supplements. It is just mind boggling and I am stressing about my D level.'anyone experience this? It went down from 28 to 23. Why universe?!??

Tracy that's very strange about your BP & the vitamin D. What did the doctor recommend? What strength are your supplements?

Hi everyone!

It's Thursday, I hope everyone has made some plans for the upcoming weekend. It's a long weekend here in Canada. My in-laws are coming for a visit today until Sunday. So lots of cleaning needed and some schoolwork.

We had a great time in the hotel (very spacious room that was completely accessible to my husband in his wheelchair). I managed to drink my liter and a half water for my mock test. It was a bit painful but nothing too bad. It consisted of an external ultrasound (I got to see my uterus) and a catheter which they use to put a drop of water (a mock embryo) in my uterus. Then they use an internal ultrasound to take measurements on my uterus and my ovaries. I have 10-15 follicles on the right side and 10 follicles on the left. So my husband's test is on May 29th and than we are ready for IVF in June! :)

Excellent number @Xerxella

Hope you hear soon @shelley4

Hugs @adiejan. I know it is a ton of money and its hard to do.

Feel better @chuord

Hope your numbers continue to grow and improve @toothfairy2be
