Well, hm, katrina. That's a hard one. The nursing could definitely be affecting things, too. Shoot, my cycles don't even come back until after a year PP.

Carrie ~ I've been reading some new stuff that says it's good to start an exercise program after getting pg, as like you and katrina said, I don't overdo it. That's why I figured I'd start with the prenatal yoga and add in the walking. Walking is always good. Then once I get to the 2nd trimester (if I stick with the yoga and walking) I can add in my prenatal resistance program. Of course, I didn't do anything today, either. I went grocery shopping and then went to the mall to ask some questions about my cell phone bill and get haircuts for everyone. DS3 had his first haircut today. I'm surprised to say that I actually like it.

kinder ~ I do have an u/s pic but there's really nothing on it. It's just a black circle with a teeny, tiny white blip on one side. I doubt you'd even be able to see it on the computer. If I ever get around to taking my laptop upstairs, I'll scan it and see. I'm hoping to get a better pic next week and put that one in the card. I found an ok card today at the store. I think I might just write the poem on a piece of paper and put it in the card.

Here's the poem:

"Walk a little slower Daddy,"
said a child so small,
"I'm following in your footsteps
and I don't want to fall.

Sometimes your steps are very fast,
Sometimes they're hard to see;
So walk a little slower, Daddy,
For you are leading me.

Someday when I'm all grown up,
You're what I want to be;
Then I will have a little child
Who'll want to follow me.

And I would want to lead just right,
And know that I was true,
So walk a little slower, Daddy,
For I must follow you."

MW- love the poem! Way too sweet! You're right...if I follow CF and DTD frequently we should be okay. I think I need to do it that way because I am verging on a bit of an obsession over my temp everyday...not healthy!

JJ- hug2.gifUgh! High temps can be so deceiving!

AFM- still waiting! BBs are exceptionally sore and tingling but I know that can mean diddaly-squat!

Carrie and Kinder ~ I know, right? I teared up when I read it, too. It seems so perfect for my dh, not just for the new baby but for our older children, too. I'm trying to find the author to give due credit.

My sinuses are killing me. They are on fire! I haven't slept well for 2-3 nights. Last night I was searching for some saline nasal spray but couldn't find it. I could have sworn I had some. I think maybe doing so much yesterday was a bad idea. I'm going to sit around the house today in my pajamas and try to rest as much as I can with 2 LOs running around.

damn---I can feel AF coming. I think I'll probably start on Sunday or Monday. I decided to skip charting next month because this is the second out of four months where I had enough symptoms at the right time to mean something and it turns out to be nothing. I'm all set with charting. Hold me to it, k, because it's really a time & energy consumer for me. I went out with my gal pals last night and it made me realize I need to step back from the TTC craziness and just live! I'll keep stalking these threads because I still want to be a part of your TTC journeys!

Kinder, good luck destressing!! I hope it works and you're able to get your mind off things for awhile.

Afm, I feel AF coming too. I'm ok. I mean I'm bummed but I can't dwell. I wanted to POAS so bad this morning but said nah, I know af is coming. I feel crampy the same as always, bbs hurt same as always.

But dh started talking passports last night so I think our tropical vacation is a go! Itll really help me take my mind off ttc and off my bffs baby shower. And help me focus to lose this weight!!

No one has started a December thread yet. Why don't you?

Why do you think AF will show early?

I'm at work on my phone. If no one else does by tonight I will. My lp varies from 11 to 14 days so I'm expecting her any time now. Bbs still really hurting and crampy.
