We're done after this one, but I've looked into all the permanent choices for both of us and I'm not will to take the risks, and he refuses to get snipped.  I'm against hormonal methods, and I connect barrier methods we've used with miscarriage (because we've used them in the cycles the 3 times I've m/c), it's just an emotional connection I can't handle, I know it really had nothing to do with the loss's.  So I'd like to use NFP, but I've gotten pregnant twice using it, 6 days in between sex & ovulation both times.  So in order to ensure I wouldn't get pregnant, we wouldn't be having sex for the first half of every month, which really isn't ideal.  So I feel like I'm out of options...

Why does he refuse to get snipped?

Have you looked into a copper IUD?  I don't think those have hormones, but I am not sure
