I'm EBF my daughter who will be 3 months on the 11th. I got an IUD (Mirena) inserted a week ago and had a little bleeding that day. Today I've noticed some pink when wiping...nothing more yet, but I thought I'd go ahead and ask. Could this be the start of PPAF or is it normal to have some more bleeding/spotting a week later?

I didn't get my period until my son was 14 months old and I even supplemented with him from age 2mos-3mos, but DD is EBF and nurses like crazy. I'll be so upset if it's PPAF. Boo!
