Hello I have a 13 month old and had my first period when he was 9 months. I'm doing BLW and he is still night nursing. He was EBF until 6 months almost Ebf until 9 months (snacks here and there) Anyway my periods have been very heavy! I have had 4 so far. I know this is normal for them to be heavy but I am concerned that I am also clotting. Is this normal as well?

@apeydef, I haven't had the same experiences, but wanted to send a hug your way. Do you have a health care provider that you feel comfortable checking with? Anyone else have experiences to share?

Thank you! I do but it's nothing really that serious! I'm not having like huge clots (sorry if TMI) it's just different from the periods from before pregnancy and I can't remember from my first baby because she is 5 and it just seems like such a long time ago... Just wanted to see if anyone else had the sane thing..
