Dd nurse all night and usually wakes somewhere between 4 and 5 to nurse before she wakes up for the day around 630-7 which is when I usually temp. The routine is, I roll over to feed her and sometimes just fall asleep again doing so. Would affect my temps if I don't physically gettout of bed or completely wake up I.e I don't really exert much energy?

I noticed that it was hard to get consistent temps if I had woke up just an hour or two before taking my temp.... but there was a clear shift for ovulation when it happened. I say try it out.... then maybe try out taking when she has the early morning nursing and see which is better.
good luck!

I think if you cosleep its no biggie. Just rolling over to switch sides doesn't really affect my BBT. It might add to the hundreth of a degree but its really not a big deal at all IMO
