Gah...we're tta actually but I've been playing fast and loose with the "rules" lately. Not sure why as I *thought* I was sure we were done too!

So we were together on a Sunday night around midnight, I'd had creamy cm that day but it was so early in my cycle I thought it was a fluke. We used no protection. I ovulated the following Saturday, after a week of fertile quality cm.

I've heard that sperm can live up to 7 days in a totally ideal environment....so tell me, what do you all think? Possible to get pg from sex 5 days before O with fertile quality cm (and we're normally very fertile, we get pg easily). PLUS, my chart just went triphasic at 9 dpo. Damn. I'm 11dpo now and thinking maybe I should test...

Thoughts? Is it even likely?? TIA...

I don't know how likely it is but it definitely does happen. 6-8 days is what I've been taught and it has been true for people I know.

Your thread title just caught my eye...

my dd was conceived from a single act a good five or six days pre-o, so, yes, it's possible! I would test if I were you.

Thanks, now I'm really freaking out Actually, it's sorta exciting too

I'm still triphasic this morning. Temps normally drop by this point in my cycle (af due tomorrow). Peeing a lot, soooo tired, feeling sick...will probably test tomorrow if temps still up.

Thanks for taking the time to post!!
