What do I do when my BBT isn't on the chart? It's always low but the last few days it's been below the bottom of my chart 96.44 yesterday and 96.28 today

You're using a paper chart? I think what you do is just write in the .44 or .28 in the little empty space under the lowest printed temp, and circle and connect it as you normally would. If all your temps are below the bottom and you can't see a pattern, you might want to make yourself a custom chart or try fertilityfriend.com. Also, consistenly low temps (<97.0) can indicate low thyroid function, so if you have any other symptoms of hypothyroidism you might want to check in with your doctor.
