Yeah, that would be me. Anyone else?

I often have cycles where I think it could be a possibility...thinking maybe he slipped up with withdrawl or what not. But this time the slip was real and it was in my very fertile phase. I am only 3dpo (possibly 5 because I wasn't sure) but I have had heartburn and nausea all day and just a "feeling". I know it seems silly because it's so early, but my with last pregnancy I had an implantation dip at 5dpo, and started feeling symptoms a couple of days before. I also tested + at 9dpo.

Of course it could be all in my head. But I'm going with my gut feeling right now.

We were pretty sure we did not want any other children, but we haven't been 100% in our protection methods, so we knew it could happen and neither one of us were distraught about it. We shall see!

Anyone want to join me?

Hi Kim,

We have been using the withdrawl method successfully for three years. But it only works if you don't leave it in

I will jump on board with you as I'm purty sure we just made a baby. I feel very fertile today (I don't keep track very well, but am very very in tune with my libido and my body) and we just went with that even though we know that we can't afford another baby right now, hubby is in grad school, yada yada.
I loooovveee my husband's spontenaity, so what will be will be. We always thought three anyway...

Thanks about the kids!

Oh boy, I wish that was my house!! (the one at the top) But that is in New Hampshire, just a random picture. We would love to move to NH someday soon.

Yay! I"m glad to have another person waiting with me! We usually use withdrawl (it's never failed) but were alternating with condoms this time just for fun (turns out they're not fun). One time during withdrawl he said that he had an oops and didn't get it all out in time. So....today I am 5dpo (I need to fix my chart, I'll do it later) and had terrible cramping yesterday. I had cramping at 5dpo with Brighton and I got a BFP 4 days later.

I told dh I might be, and he was actually kind of excited, but worried at the same time. It's cute.

*crossing my fingers for you* Let's update each other with our symptoms.

I could be in the same boat although the test I took yesterday said I'm not. It may just be a recent increase in breastfeeding, but I've had my period regularly since 6 month pp.

Of course I may just be paranoid about this because I thought the same thing last month and took a test then got my period the next day.

Oh that always happens!

I ordered 10 cheapie internet tests yesterday so they'll be here in a few days.

Are you charting althara?

I need to order those cheap ones too. Spending $12 every time I get paranoid is ridiculous.

I'm not charting though I do want to start. I meant to start one first but I think I need to purchase the special thermometer. Although I do keep tabs on my cervical mucous and it didn't get egg white-ish this month. So maybe I didn't ovulate?

Oh I know, that's what prompted me to go ahead and order some online. The cost of occasional tests from the store is ridiculous.

Yes you can definately O without having EWCM. I used to have eggwhite all the time and then it changed over to watery, sometimes creamy. That's my normal pattern now. And I have conceived with it like this before. I'm not too good about keeping up with temping since we're not trying. It varies month to month. I keep telling myself it would be much easier to know things if I was temping regularly, but I'm just lazy.

I've been REALLY tired tonight. I had to lay down and I almost fell asleep without dh here. If the kids hadn't been pretending I was their daughter and telling me to wake up it's time for school, then I would have been out.

So far the things that make me think I'm pregnant are:

-tired
-peeing more
-cramping around same time I had implantion with ds2
-just that intuition feeling
-heart beating faster at times

Of course all these things could be pms, but we shall see.

I've been really tired too. I've been falling asleep with my daughter at 8:30(ish) every night for the last two weeks and then waking up three hours later when my husband wants to spend some time with me. This is really unusual for me.

And I think I got my first UTI ever last week which I hear can be a common thing for pregnant women. And I've never ever had one before even with my previous pregnancy.

I had some weird cramping a couple weeks ago too, shortly (like a few days) after DTD in my probable fertile period.

I just thought of another thing that may or may not be an indicator. My DD has been switching boobs while nursing constantly for the last couple of weeks. And I check every time and the breast she was just on usually still has a lot of milk, so I'm not sure what's going on there. Maybe it tastes different? The boob switching is really starting to drive me batty, especially in the middle of the night.

Calvicula - Congrats.

Well we have the answer over here. I got my period. So I'm just paranoid. I think I need to start charting to see if I can stop being paranoid about this. It's getting old.

Awww well, I'm not sure if I should be happy or sad for you that AF arrived. Charting would be good, but I"m charting and even I do this. Of course I'm not good with the temps.

Congrats clavicula!

Fireflies, when are you testing?

I am still cramping today and my boobs are hurting! I'm still tired too. I"m actually getting really excited now!! I'm 7 dpo. I'll update my chart tonight so y'all can see.

We wont start trying until '09, and probably late in '09 at that, which is the rational thing to do. I've just been bit so hard by the baby bug lately.

I hope you're feeling better soon. The pregnancy tiredness is the worst.

We were going to ttc in two months we wanted to avoid having a baby near christmas or in January. If I am Pregnant my edd will be something like Jan 3. ARRG (just kidding we will be happy as long as it is healthy)

Yes, please join!

I am actually testing tonight for the first time, only because we're having people over and I might want to make a surprise announcement when we toast our glasses. But it's probably too early...I am either 7 or 8 dpo. I usually test + at 9dpo. These tests I got are super early sensitive and they say as early as 6dpo. We shall see but I'm not keeping my hopes up.

I understand the month thing. I really would have preferred to have another one in april/may as we have too many birthdays close together in my family. lol This one would be due early January.

Welcome, and good luck!

Fireflies- yes you can have high libido and be pg, that happened to me with my last pregnancy.

Ugh..this is my thread. I've had tender boobs all week. We use NFP and over the counter birth control, and I'm afraid I either misjudged my temps and mucous or that the OTC BC failed. I've been very tired and emotional the past couple days, too. ugh. I just wish I knew one way or the other. off to buy another pee test.

Hi,
I tested today at 10 DPO and got a negative, so the wait continues. My tem usually starts dropping 12 dpo with aunt flo starting on 14dpo. If my temps are still up in 2 days I will test again.

How are the rest of you ladies doing?

Okay so I am always wishing for an oops, but we are going to start ttc #3 in July, so I keep telling myself that's not that long. So I like reading this thread it's fun the anticipation! Anyways, I was wondering where you Momma's bought your prego tests, I want to get some for when we try? Let me know and where do you do your charting? Sorry so many questions. I wish the best to all of you who are waiting and hope the outcome is what you want it to be!

fireflies...I understand. My dh has been in full time school and full time work for years now and it was REALLY wearing on me/us. But he graduates this December so I feel like there's finally a light at the end of the tunnel. But it CAN be done. My first marriage was terrible and I made it through 2 pregnancies and dh was in school with our last one (he was planned) and it worked out great. So you never know. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.

Stretch- Good luck on your next test!!

luvmybabygirls- I get mine at www.anotherblessing.com I bought 10 tests for $8.50 with free shipping. And she's always very prompt in mailing them out. I have done my charting at www.fertilityfriend.com but I don't like that I have to pay. I currently use www.ovusoft.com the software compatable with the Taking Charge of Your Fertility Book. I love it. Good luck to you.

Lots of cramping with cm today. Slightly sore bbs. That's about it. Otherwise I feel pretty well...which is odd because my PMS is horrid.

I got my tests at Dollar Tree, they were a dollar

I chart on both ovusoft and fertility friend (the free version) I like ovusoft better, but I have trouble uploading to the web, so for sharing purposes I re-enter my info in fertility friend.

DH an I are in a period of transission. He is tryong to become a police officer, it is slow going. We are also living with a friend (single guy 27 owns a 3br house) He has said We need to move out before we have kids. We are working on it but not knowing where dh will find a job is making it harder. He has a test on thursday in our town they are hiring 2 or 3 officers ! of the people is the current dispacher, if he doesn't get one of the cop positions he is going to go for the dispacher job, which would be great, because the pay is better than his current job, and it puts him in a great position next time they are hiring. It also adds much needed experience to his resume.
