I have one client from whom I get the majority of my business (I'm a copy editor). I'm sending a food gift, but I'm not sure what to put on the card. Do I just say "Happy Holidays" and leave it at that? Do I thank them for the business?

TIA,
Erin

You can just say it's been a great pleasure serving them (or their copy editing needs, or something similar) this year. Of course, it would be the add-on to your wishes that they have a safe and happy holiday and a bright new year, or some variation that you like.
