yes Julie those are annoying. Some trials won't take credit/prepaid cards as payment but thankfully there aren't many like this.

Absolutely fishy. If they take money out of your bank account, you're at their mercy to return it, you have no recourse through your bank.

Yup, I agree. I would definitely suggest only doing offers that will accept a credit card, as at least then you have some recourse with your credit card company should something go wrong. And, personally, if that info got into the wrong hands, I'd much rather it was my credit card (which I only use my paypal debit card for anyway) than my bank account.

I started out doing freebies earlier this month, then last week I did 5 other offers/trials. Only 2 of them credited, so I am bummed =(

These credited right away: VistaPrint and Free Online Credit Report

These still have not credited (it's been 7 days): Stamps.com, BuyDiscounts.com, eFax trial

I'm sure I did everything right! How do I do the manual credit thingy, what do I include and how long does it take? I am bummed! I wanted to hit $100 by the end of the month.

I'm needing to know that also amanda... I've only done a dozen or so trials, and just had my first one show not completed... I did it through IP, which is infuriating - because I can't find where it shows pending or denied - only completed : It also charged my credit card immediatly, so some link is missing there!

Another question - Should I be chaning my email address (with the periods) between trials? I was doing it with freebies for multiple offers from each company, but didn't think I was supposed to with trials, since I didn't want to accidentally repeat an offer. But now I'm finding there are companies that have several different trials, and once I did the first one, now it's not accepting me for other trials (different types of trials). Should I be changing my email or just not do those trials?

I don't use IP, so I'm not sure where you should look for pending or denied offers but I hope someone else can help you with finding those folders. I do know that there are some companies that don't credit the same day, they only credit once a week or every few weeks. Some companies don't credit until the product you are trialing has been shipped, which could take a week, I think Stamps.com is one of these. I know there are a few trials that don't credit until you have been with the program for a certain time, like the website hosting products - some credit after the first month, Netflix I think doesn't credit for 14 days, and a few others - companies that only pay for valid leads, so they wait to be sure you aren't going to cancel immediately.

I always used one mail email address for doing trials, or at least until I started getting any spam, then I would switch. I was able to do 90 offers off one email before I got any spam, and then I used a different one so I didn't have to wade thru things looking for confirmation emails. The companies that don't let you do another trial, TL Sciences is one and they have multiple different products and trials under their name, it is usually due to your physical address, and not your email address. They won't let you sign up for a new trial if you are currently trialing something else of theirs, as your address in is their computer. The same is true of the Bargain trials - you can only do one at a time.

Hope that helps some, and I know how frustrating it can be.

What a bummer, non crediting offers. I know the Stamps.com one doesn't credit until it ships, so that one might still come in. I don't know about the other two. I mentioned above how some advertisers don't credit each day, but may wait a week or two to credit.

For the manual credit, basically you need the confirmation email you received from each offer, you need to submit it with headers - if you don't it won't go thru properly so be sure you have the headers in there - and then on whatever site you did the offers on, there should be a link to click that says 'non-credit request' or something similar. You can't submit non-credits until 7 days have passed from the date you did the offer, sounds like you should be fine here, and you must also still be a member of the program you tried when you submit the non-credit. Enter in your info, usually your name, username, email address you used for the offer, date you completed the offer, and the confirmation email with headers, and any other info you find relevant and submit. I have heard it can take 4-12 weeks to hear anything back on them, but I don't actually have any experience myself as I've only done a few and none of them have come back yet, so maybe someone else who has done one successfully can help here.

I do hope you have better success with your trials, it's so discouraging when things don't go thru.

What site did you do the trials on? There should be info on the site about filing a noncredit request. Good luck with that. Hopefully your next trials will go through without a hitch.

IPz doesn't keep up with your pending offers so there is no way to access that information on their site. They only keep up with completed offers.

No, do not change your email address on trial offers. You get confirmation emails when you do trial offers and you will want those coming to one email address to making it easier on you to keep up with. Generally, there is no reason to change your email address on trials. If you are trying to do a trial that is not allowing your email address then I would contact the site owner and make sure that you are eligible to complete it. It might be that once you do a trial with a particular company then you are not free to complete related offers through the same company. I've not had this situation occur but I've read about it.

My apologies. I didn't realize that was against the gpt guidelines. I do it because I rarely get notified that I have pm's here and I rarely get a popup informing me of new pm's ... and often times I just don't think to check. So I like it when someone lets me know in a thread that they've sent a pm to me.

That's okay You might want to set up your cp for email notifications of your PMs ... that is the only way I really "know" about PMs myself.

I use a pop-up blocker, so I don't get the pop-up reminders either.

I am wondering if anyone has customer service contact info for "Liquid Hoodia"...I have tried calling their number and keep getting voicemail, which is weird...and no calls back. I've tried using their online form to reach them, for a week! and still no response. There is no other e-mail address that I found in terms of conditions....

If anyone knows how to reach them, please help!!

Has anyone had trouble with their paypal debit being rejected? I was getting turned down for every single offer when it only had $2 on it, and I thought it might be the small amount of $. Now that my deposit to the card has cleared, and it has over $40 on it, it is still getting rejected. It got rejected at at least 5 different offers tonight : .

I think its a GOOD idea to say "PM'ed you" so that the rest of us know not to bother with overkill.......I know I don't need a 100 PM's on the same information so if we see that she has already gotten a few then others won't bother her......

I just wanted to pop in and say "Hi!" We moved over the weekend and I still have no DSL, just dial up, which takes forever, so I am barely online any more. However, I have been promised that my phone company will be out in 24 hours or less : to fix the problem. So I snuck on to cash out and then decided to pop over here. Hopefully, I'll be able to be back in the action soon!

Miss Lotus, did you ever get info on Liquid Hoodia? I'll try to find my information today and can pm it to you later on (hopefully in 24 hours or less ).

I still have gotten no response from Liquid Hoodia. Beware, all! However, I also still haven't been charged by them. I can't figure it out. Anyway, if you do find some info when you get a chance (I do have their toll-free number, but it only leads to voicemail) I'll definitely check it out, thank you! But get yourself settled first!
