Completely 99.9% convinced DS2 was a girl, had girl names picked out, no boy names at all!!!!!!!!! My whole family was convinced he was a girl, imagine our surprise.

Yes, I was convinced my dd was a boy. I had no feelings whatsoever with my ds but for whatever reason with my dd, I really thought she was a boy. I was SHOCKED when I saw she was a girl. I videoed her birth and my first response is, "you're a girl?" and repeated "I can't believe you're a girl. Are you really a girl?" about a zillion times after that, checking her "parts" to make sure each time.

I was convinced each time that they were boys and I was wrong on both counts, haha.

Yup. Jesse turned out to be Rowan... er, that is, boy-Jesse turned out to be girl-Rowan, not vice versa.

I've also had a very strong intuition that I was pregnant when I wasn't, and failed to notice I was actually pregnant for 8 weeks (when I found out more or less by accident). My maternal instincts are rubbish.

I was fully convinced this time I was having a girl. I was shocked when the tech said we were having another boy. Nothing about the pregnancy was the same as the one with DS, & as soon as I found out I was pregnant I kept calling the baby "she" without even thinking about it. Now I'm trying to get my mind on boy names & stuff, since I was fully engaged in girl thoughts & the penis on the screen set me for a loop. lol

I was convinced this baby was a boy. I had dreams about 'him' constantly. I was drawn to boy clothes, boy nursery ideas, etc. I was more into looking for a boy name then a girl name...and I wanted a girl to begin with! Once I started having dreams about a boy I just assumed he was a boy.

Except he is a she
