My youngest dd is Lily (that's her full first name, it's not short for anything) and we're heavily leaning towards Violet this time, if we have a girl. I'd consider both earthy and girly names.

Stephanie, mom to 3 big girls ('94, '99 & '02) and to my little guy (12/30/09) intact & CD'ed!
