I was wondering if it was safe to burn incense while pregnant? I know some incense are toxic, but the only kind I burn is Nag Champa (the kind in the blue box) Are those safe? I mean I wouldn't be burning all the time, but its a very relaxing scent to me. Any Thoughts/facts?

No hard facts, but I'd say that this isn't anything to worry about. I mean, sure--if you're sitting in a closed tent burning entire boxes of incense, it might be a bit smoky. But a stick or two in a well ventilated house? Go for it!

Thanks. I mean I know it might have been a silly question, but I just felt like I needed to ask.
