Okay mamas, I am about to invest, but convince me these will digest! I have no
problem swallowing pills and of all the prenatals I have reviewed, these have the levels I like best (also looked at New Chapter and Megafood, as well as SuperMom, but all of those would require you to buy extra cal & mag just to get the RDA). But my last worry is that it is a lot to cxpect my body to digest 6 big pills a day.

Well, I take them. I don't really know how I can know or tell you whether or not they digest, but taking 2 per meal (with food) and drinking plenty of water through out the day seem like all you can do to make sure they digest well. I also take other pills along with those, so I'm supposedly digesting about 12 supplement pills a day. (dha, probiotic, D3, Vit. C, Iron (I'm anemic), Cal-Mag-Zinc (I don't eat very much dairy)

Also, I got mine from iherb. They seemed like a good deal. I got the big 360 tablet bottle for $38. (2 months worth)

Regarding Rainbow Light, they seem to have higher levels of lead in them according this this website.

I can't remember if these are the ones I orginally bought or not... but, when I was seeing an acupuncturist, she recommended returning what I had bought and buying the Thorne Prenatal vitamins instead. There are three pills to take daily and I haven't had any issues with them whatsoever (bear in mind I have never had any issues with any vitamins I've taken). I take some addt'l vitamins on top of that (like extra Vit D and Calcium) because I choose to. The Thorne vitamins aren't too pricey, probably similar to others as they come in 90 capsule bottles.

Thrilled to be expecting Baby #2 after 15 months TTC (a 30% drop in TTC time than Baby #1!)
