I don't have one yet, but DD has been sick a couple of days with one and I may catch it. I don't remember what to do with fever/pregnancy. Is it safe to take anything? Should I monitor it closely? Is there a certain point I should be concerned? Is the "danger" level different when your pregnant?

I know one study found an increase in congenital abnormalities in women whose core body temp remained at 102 for over 24 hours at 16 weeks or earlier, but not after 16 weeks. Another found that fever did not increase the risk of congenital defects at any stage of development. It is generally considered safe to take acetaminophen during pregnancy. Either way, I hope you don't get sick and that your daughter is well soon.

Tylenol is safe to take during pregnancy, and imo works much better on fevers than motrin/ibuprofen.
