I am 10 weeks pregnant and am also nursing my 2-year-old. What kind of prenatals do you recommend? I have been taking Rainbow Light one-a-day and am wondering if it provides enough nutrients, since I am also nursing. With my first pregnancy I took the regular Rainbow Light vitamins (6 pills per day and much higher values listed on many of the vitamins). I'm wondering if there is value in taking these again. I started with the one-a-day because money is very tight and I figured at the time that any prenatal vitamin would be sufficient, but lately I've been having second thoughts and hoping the baby is getting enough of what he/she needs in this very early development. Do you think a more intense vitamin is needed for a mama who is both nursing and pregnant? Any advice is welcome!

I take Raw Prenatal.. my midwife said the Rainbow was not complete enough. Raw is $29 a bottle (about a month's worth), so much cheaper, imho than the Rainbow complete.
