Is Yellow Dock the best thing to use if anemic during pregnancy?

I've been using yellow dock, in a blend of other herbs -nettle, red raspberry leaf. I found it worked for me. I got the recipe out of Rosemary Gladstar's Herbal Healing for WOmen.
I've also heard that women tend to have success with Floradix blends. I guess it depends on what your preference it.

married to DH, mother to two amazing little boys born May 18/2010 and May 20/2013!

Infertility has been part of this journey - no more littles for us, but so grateful we have two happy healthy boys and we can now begin to heal from that experience

I'm using liquid chlorophyll, yellow dock, and Floradix.

Honestly, I've always had the best (and fastest) luck with yellow dock.

I use mostly yellow dock, but occasionally do a bottle of Floradix, just to mix things up. I was badly anemic before becoming pregnant, and it has done wonders for me. I think they both work well, but I can get yellow dock a lot cheaper than Floradix.
