I'm 7 weeks pregnant with #2 and for the past week and a half have been so nauseous all day long. I took 50 mg of vit b6 this morning and no nausea all day, I'm like a new person! Just thought I'd share in case any of you mamas need some relief too

since 7 wks I've been taking 100mg of b6 and a unisom at night, it has worked wonderfully. It gives me about 18 hours of feeling pretty good.

I got a lot of relief with B6, with my twins, too. So glad you're feeling better!!
