I've had cramps non stop for the last three days.  I'm now 6wks. I feel like I've been hit by a bus and my back feels like it's been cracked open.  On top of that, I've got loads of lower back cramps - the kind you get with AF.  I've been taking tylenol when I can't stand it anymore but how long is this supposed to go on for? This is my second - with my first I just had your regular morning sickness - not too bad. Is this some other kind of morning sickness?   What can I do?

I would suggest talking to someone as well to rule out anything more serious like HELP. It's unlikely to be anything serious, but better to rule that out.
