Good numbers!  You are doubling between 1-2 days, so that's spot on!  Congrats!

Thanks! My ultrasound is scheduled for 7 weeks along. Would you recommend I do further hcg tests? My doc said its up to me if I want to for my nerves. I'm not sure yet.

Your doctor is right- beta hCG levels are really just for your own knowledge/nerves.  There isn't anything that can be done if they stop doubling in the correct window or start to go down.  But it sure can be reassuring if they keep doubling nicely.  If you're not spotting anymore or cramping you might feel like you can wait until your u/s and that's less blood work for you!

I would honestly recommend that you don't do further tests.  Just not necessary and you've got really nice numbers under your belt.  I know it's hard to wait, but I think extra worry is negative for you emotionally.  Oh, and I am glad you're waiting for 7 weeks for the w/s.  I had my first at 6 weeks and there was an empty sac...totally devastated me!  Then we followed up to confirm, and there was a baby!  I'm 30 weeks pregnant with him today.
