So for 5 day now I have not felt great.  I am @ 20 wks, 2nd baby having a home water birth.  I have had several dizzy spells, accompanied by headaches, feeling warm w/o fever and very tired.  My midwife thinks its my lower blood pressure and high hormones working against each other and need to be balanced, I'm going to an acupuncturist on Sunday!  Still eating and drinking plenty of water.  What do you think?

All I know is that I've been feeling the same way..  I also have low blood pressure, so I'm prone to being light-headed and dizzy.  I hope it passes quickly!  (my midwives also didn't seem concerned)

I felt the same way about that time and it was low blood pressure too.  I've never had low blood pressure before this pregnancy.  Thank goodness it got better after about 25 wks.  I'm 30 weeks now.  It supposedly gets at its lowest point at about 24/25 wks.  At my OB appt yesterday I actually had a pressure that was back up to my normal level.  So I hope it gets better for you.  Just try and stay hydrated.  Also, eating several small meals a day and exercising helped me a lot.  Lay down when you get dizzy, dont want you falling!
