I've had a cold (pretty bad for two days, "eh, this sucks" for two days) for four days. Two days ago I notices that when I wiped after peeing I had some really mucusy CF. It has varied between being tinged brown to pinkish brown to yellow. I have no signs of any sort of vaginal infection. Im not crampy or feeling weird. Is this related to my cold, is it totally normal, or is there something going on?

Sounds really normal. If you've increased your fluids b/c of the cold, that could cause increased CF. It just means you're well-hydrated. Pregnancy hormones cause lots of weird CF. Unless it's bleeding, green, or foul smelling, I think it's pretty much par for the course.
I don't think it's cause for immediate concern, but you might want to go see your care provider next week. I had a very slight BV infection that I found because I had a little more discharge than normal. Since we found it so early, I was able to take care of it using probiotic suppositories, which is great because I HATE antibiotics. Not to say that yours is anything or to really worry, but my point is that if it is an imbalance of fungus or bacteria, it's usually easy to nip in the bud if you catch it early on.
Also, sometimes I notice heavier discharge or a pink tinge after I wipe, after dtd.
