Last pregnancy I read Ina May's Guide to Childbirth and am wondering if anyone has recommendations for any other great books like this.  Thanks!

Birthing from Within - Pam England

I read it 5 or 6 times and did many of the activities described.

I also liked Birthing From Within. Among others I liked:

Husband-Coached Childbirth, Robert A. Bradley

Natural Childbirth the Bradley Way, Susan McCutcheon

The Thinking Woman's Guide to a Better Birth, Henci Goer

The Birth Partner, Penny Simkin

Pushed: The Painful Truth About Childbirth and Modern Maternity, Jennifer Block

If you adore Ina May's style, she has also written:

Spiritual Midwifery

Birth Matters: A Midwife's Manifesta

Ina May's Guide to Breastfeeding

Less a birth prep book and more a pep talk, but I love "Baby Catcher".  Can't recall the author right now.  I does have one possibly triggering story with infant near death/brain damage, but overall I find the stories she shares to be incredibly empowering.
