I read somewhere that milk thistle should be avoided during pregnancy but then I've also read about possible benefits of using during pregnancy since it is a gentle liver detoxifier (and someone told me it really seemed to help them with nausea as well).  It seems so difficult to find information on herbs and pregnancy since so little research is done.  Any good sources??
