i havent count them yet but they are pretty close and kind of strong... feels like going bathroom a lot.... pee a bit and being drinking lots of water.... wat can i do to control them..... is it normal are the braxton or not
This is too important to guess at and diagnose online. We can't tell from your descriptions if it's normal or not. You could tell more--how long they have been regular for instance--but really you need to call your doctor or midwife.
I don't think there are any home remedies to slow premature labor, and if your babies come now they will need medical help. They can delay labor if you get to the hospital in time.
Now, from what you describe it doesn't sound very strong at all, but online I really couldn't tell.

I agree, if they are coming that fast and didn't stop with changing positions, drinking water, etc... you need to call your care provider asap. Mine wants me to call if I have more than 4 in one hour.
Pressure is normal, especially I would think with twins. BH and labor contractions both have a starting and stopping point to them. BH aren't normally consistant and will usually go away with changing positions or drinking water.
