Does anyone know if this is safe for use during pregnancy? I know Hyland's Calms Forte is, and was under the impression most homeopathics were fine, so I have been using this and it really works for me incredibly well.
But then I started worrying because I am using it pretty regularly so I looked up the individual ingredients and see that the first ingredient HYOSCYAMUS NIGER is contraindicated during all trimesters. Uh oh. Anyone know why or what damage it might do?
Or does the dilution 3x make it safe enough for pregnancy?
Hey. Thanks for getting back to me. I'm glad to hear you thought they were safe too. I still have no definitive answer so I just cut back my use of them. (but I still use them when I am desperate maybe every other week!) Let me know if you come up with something!
