My midwife has recommended this diet for me, and I will be doing the lacto ovo version (despite her encouragement for me to give in to my craving of steak. lol ) I have a few questions just out of curiosity.

Is anyone currently on this diet, if so how do you feel about it so far? If you have do this in the pass, how was your pregnancy, birth , and baby as a result? How big (or small) was your baby at birth? If you did this diet and you were not a FTM then how would you compare pregnancies?

My last three pregnancies I used a modified Brewer's diet, it's great for morning sickness... and I generally feel much healthier when I eat a high protein diet vs carbs and crud, lol. :) I make big babies... brewers or no, my last 2 babies were 9lbs and 9lbs 5oz.

When I first started 5 years ago I thought it would be so difficult to get that much protein in a day now I find it really easy.

Nic, loving mama to 5 with a SURPRISE 6th on the way.
