Did you get them while you were pregnant? I got them with my last pregnancy but they went away after he was born. I have them back again (I'm 23wks) and they are worse than last time. They go from inside my vagina all the way down my right leg to my ankle! Will they go away again or am I doomed to them for life? They are really making sex painful as well, is that "normal" for that?

sigh. I love being pregnant. I love being pregnant. :P

IDK about the sex, but I've gotten them with both pregnancies and they have mostly gone away. I plan to wear support hose this time bag.gif and just tell DH that they are for extra warmth. Thank god Im always pregnant in the wintertime smile.gif

I originally noticed one during my fourth pregnancy and they have gotten more plentiful during each following pregnancy to the point where, during my seventh pregnancy, they began during the first trimester. They go away after baby is born. It is normal to have discomfort with vulvar varicosities.
