Anyone have reliable advice about herbs during pregnancy (or TTC). I need something to help me sleep and for anxiety and I am wondering if I may have some adrenal fatigue. When I look online i read many contradiction! Particularly about scullcap (sleep) and wild yam (adrenal).

Anyone have experiences or advice?

I don't know much about those.  I used some melatonin in the beginning as I was not sleeping well.  And my midwives suggested Motherwort for anxiety that I was having a couple months ago, which seemed to work well.

And of course, I have my Rescue Remedy that I carry in my purse.

I took skullcap in tea form later in pregnancy and all was fine. Since, I've heard that it should be tinctured
