Do you do core work at all? Deadlifts, squats, as well as traditional abdominal exercises like planks and other core stabilization moves will help you lift your daughter without hurting your back. If you're lifting her and carrying her correctly, you shouldn't be in pain. Chiro and massage will help, but you should also work on strengthening the muscles that are clearly weak. Good luck!
