I'm 32 weeks pregnant. I felt weird this morning, didn't do anything abnormal just cooked breakfast and dealt with the kids, went to sit down a while and checked my BP since I felt so odd, dizzy and weak and irritable. I usually have lowish bp, but it was spiked to 125/75 and my heart was going 117bpm, after just sitting. I made an effort to relax, sent the kids away to play for a bit, and it went down to more normal after a relaxation exercise then in minutes was back up to what it was again. Well I just checked again and now I'm down to 100/60 and 85bpm (my normal non-pregnant heartrate), now lower than typical. What's going on?
