I just found out I'm pregnant and usually take cranberry supplements often for preventing UTIs in the past and was wondering if anyone knew if they were safe while pregnant.
Yes, I take d-mannose (or Cranactin, but it's more expensive). It's very important (particularly for those of us prone to issues) to stay on top of preventing UTI's. I work on controlling my pH, primarily, but if I ever feel like my bladder is acting funky, I get really serious about the d-mannose.
